Les Dames d'Escoffier International began with the New York City chapter in 1976, which was founded by Dame Carol Brock. LDEI is comprised of 43 chapters in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and France, with more than 2,400 leading women in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.

QUARTERLY MAGAZINE

The Quarterly magazine connects the Dames across 45 chapters in a personal, photographic and informative way. The Winter issue focuses on the latest LDEI conference, while the remaining three issues showcase Dames based on a particular theme, such as "Tasty Travels" and "Dames who Farm."
